A B O U T Our team successfully converted Willow Spring’s assisted living
unit into a luxury subacute unit. This included a full renovation of the lobby, creating a state-of-the-art physical therapy room, and reconfiguring all seating areas throughout the facility. To create the physical therapy room, we opened up structural walls and supported them with steel. At project’s end, Willow Spring expressed their appreciation for our team’s attention to detail and ability to consistently remain within budget.

C H A L L E N G E S In renovating the subacute unit, our challenge always lies in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere amongst sterile medical equipment. Our design team infused warmth and attention to execute a beautiful wing for Willow Spring.
